Specific Games Rules for the Aces High Hi Lo Game ("Aces High Hi Lo Conditions")
1. Aces High Hi Lo is played subject to these Aces High Hi Lo Conditions as well as the Terms of the Site and (where relevant) General Rules. The Terms of the Site and Vernons’ General Rules will apply to any situations not covered by these Aces High Hi Lo Conditions but, in the event of any inconsistency, these rules will prevail. By playing the Aces High Hi Lo Game you agree to be bound by these Aces High Hi Lo Conditions, the Terms of the Site and the General Rules (where relevant).
2. The High Low reel is based on a traditional suit of 13 playing cards and ranges between 2 (lowest) to Ace (highest). We accept bets on whether the next card the reel lands on is higher, lower or the same as the previous card shown on the reel. You will win if your ‘High’ or ‘Low’ bet is correct.
3. The maximum payout (meaning the aggregate winnings including returned stakes) for Aces High Hi Lo for any one 24-hour period to any individual customer (including any other person accessing the Aces High Hi Lo Game using your user identification) or to any group of customers acting together is £100,000.
4. The draws take place 'on demand'. Therefore, notwithstanding anything in the Terms of the Site or General Rules, you will not receive a confirmation message in order for your bet to be valid.
5. Aces High Hi Lo is an accumulator game. Unless specified otherwise (see paragraph 8 below), all winnings will be added to stakes and the accumulated amount will be bet on the subsequent draw. If you lose a bet, all winnings and stakes will be lost.
6. After any draw, you can choose to collect all winnings. Any such 'collected' winnings will be credited to your Vernons.co.uk account at the end of the game.
7. If, for whatever the reason, a player is disconnected from the games server, the player can log in to Vernons.co.uk, re-enter Aces High Hi Lo, and the game will resume where it previously left off.
8. Aces High Hi Lo bets cannot be combined with any other betting event, nor may 2 or more rounds be combined in accumulative bets.
9. Payouts quoted and bets offered may be altered from time to time.
